Organic tin drier T-12

Organic Tin Drier T-12 is a curing accelerator for polyurethane systems, suitable for use as a high-efficiency catalyst in polyurethane coatings, foam materials, adhesives and sealants, elastomers, and other fields.

T-12Organic Tin Drier is used as a heat stabilizer in silicone rubber mold products and PVC plastic products, such as films, semi-rigid sheets, transparent tubes, etc.

The main component of American Gas T-12 is dibutyltin dilaurate, with an appearance of pale yellow transparent liquid and a tin content of approximately 18.0-18.8%.

Organic Tin Catalyst T-12 promotes the reaction between hydroxyl resins and polyisocyanates, shortens the curing time of PU paint, and acts as a highly efficient catalyst in rapid gelation and tack-free time.

Drier T-12 accelerates the rapid gelation of one-component silicone sealants and two-component mold rubbers.

Compared to other organotin compounds, Drier T12 offers a longer activation period under the same curing rate conditions.
